The purpose of this letter is to express how very pleased we are with the quality and appearance of our permanent interlocking metal roof. Not only does our roof look terrific, it has a life guarantee that cannot be matched by most companies. The quality of the product; workmanship and installation are second to none.

As you are aware, I was initially somewhat skeptical of having a non traditional roof installed, however, you quickly convinced me otherwise when you fully explained the value and
investment this product would provide, for example the energy savings, transferable warranty, and my favorite, never have to replace our roof again. Let me also add that you were most helpful in providing information on the company’s history and its product, in addition you supplied photos of other properties with roofs installed by Maritime Permanent; as well you showed us samples of the metal roof product and compared it to the traditional paper roof shingles. In a nut shell there is no comparison to the quality that is clearly evident in the metal roof product.

I would also like to express my thanks, specifically in your approach when responding quickly to correct the damaged gutters that occurred during the roofing installation. You handled
the situation with a great deal of professionalism when you took the initiative to go beyond the “so called” expected parameters to ensure customer satisfaction. It further speaks to your
dedication, dependability and loyalty to your clients in which I was very impressed and thankful.

In closing I would like to reiterate how pleased we are with our new roof and how satisfied we are with the service that you continually provide to us well after the installation of our roof. The interlocking metal roof has definitely enhanced the appearance to our home and increased its value. It was a very smart investment on our part. Please feel free to show samples of our home to future clients and let them know that such a purchase is definitely a move in the right direction.
